With over two decades of experience across both the corporate world at Nike and the nonprofit sector, Dara brings a unique blend of visionary thinking and operational rigor to her work.
She’s passionate about helping mission-driven organizations grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose. From securing transformational funding to building sustainable systems and high-performing teams, Dara partners with leaders to turn bold vision into lasting impact. Her work centers on scalable strategy, inclusive leadership, and community-rooted solutions.
