Dara Wilk | Founder
I've spent 25 years inside mission-driven organizations — cutting my teeth at Nike across multiple divisions before landing in Global Community Impact, scaling PERIOD. from the ground up, running capital campaigns, rebuilding development teams mid-crisis, and sitting on boards where the vision was bold but the systems weren't keeping up.
What I kept seeing, over and over, was the same problem: brilliant leaders fragmenting themselves across too many roles, too many urgent fires, and never quite getting traction on the thing that actually mattered.
That's what Vision Bridge exists to solve.
I work with strong, innovative leaders — nonprofit and for-profit — who are ready to stop building around their limitations and start building from the whole of who they are. That means getting ruthlessly clear on vision, aligning the people and systems around it, and creating the kind of momentum that doesn't burn you out to sustain.
