I’ve spent my career inside the nonprofit world, building high-growth programs, securing transformational funding, and guiding organizations through change.
I’ve been the Chief Strategy Officer, the interim fixer, the behind-the-scenes builder. I’ve seen what breaks when the systems aren’t strong enough—and what becomes possible when they are.
